Regeneration of waste oil
1. Dewatering: Collect the waste engine oil into the oil sump for water removal, place it in the refining pot, heat it up to 70~80 ℃, stop heating, let it stand for about 24 hours, drain the surface water, and then slowly heat it up to 120 ℃ (when the oil temperature is close to 100C, slowly heat it to prevent the oil from boiling and overflowing), so as to evaporate the water. After about two hours, the oil will not turn over and black oil vapor will emerge from the oil surface.
2. Pickling: When the oil is cooled to normal temperature, slowly add sulfuric acid (concentration is about 92~98%) with stirring. The amount of acid is generally 5~7% of the oil (depending on the degree of oil contamination). After adding acid, continue to stir for half an hour, and then stand for about 12 hours to drain the acid residue.
3. Alkali washing: reheat the pickled engine oil to 80 ° C, add soda ash (Na2CO3) under stirring, fully stir it evenly, let it stand for 1 hour, and then, when it is neutral by test paper, let it stand for more than 4 hours to discharge the alkali residue.
4. Activated clay adsorption: Raise the temperature of the oil to 120~140 ℃, add activated clay (the amount is about 3.5% of the oil amount) under constant temperature and stirring. After adding activated clay, continue to stir for half an hour, and leave it overnight at 110~120 ℃, and filter it the next day while hot.
5. Filtering: oil filter can be used to filter, and qualified oil can be obtained after filtering. If there is no oil filter, bag lifting filtering method can also be used.
