It is different from the traditional distillation that relies on the principle of boiling point difference separation, but is related to the molecular weight of the mixture to be distilled. It can achieve operations far away from the boiling point. The greater the difference in molecular weight, the greater the difference in molecular free path, and the purer the distillate. The materials entering the rotary film evaporator first enter the rotary distribution disk, and are evenly distributed to the vertical inner surface of the evaporator from the distribution disk. While the materials fall by gravity, the rotating film scraper forces a uniform film on the inner surface (the film thickness is related to the form, speed and other parameters of the film scraper), and makes the materials in front of the film scraper form a bow wave.
The separation of two-component mixture is the simplest distillation operation. Typical distillation equipment is continuous distillation equipment, including distillation tower, reboiler, condenser, etc. The two-phase contact of the steam and liquid supplied by the distilling tower is used for interphase mass transfer. The condenser at the tower top partially condenses the steam, and part of the condensate returns to the tower bottom as the reflux, while the rest of the distillate is the product at the tower top.

It can produce PM2.5, ozone and other secondary pollutants through chemical reaction in the environment, and some kinds of volatile organic compounds are carcinogens with toxicity.

For the two-phase separation of aromatic medicine gas condensate, the separation of organic solvent and water in the hydrocondensation gas condensate in rubber production is also an efficient and low energy consumption treatment method.

The power supply voltage of the testing machine is three-phase 380V, and the electrical connection between the main body and the hydraulic control box is plug connection. Before power on, open the iron door of the hydraulic control box, check whether all wires fall off, whether the fuse is loose, and clean the dust and debris in the electrical box.
