The materials entering the rotary film evaporator first enter the rotary distribution disk, and are evenly distributed to the vertical inner surface of the evaporator from the distribution disk. While the materials fall by gravity, the rotating film scraper forces a uniform film on the inner surface (the film thickness is related to the form, speed and other parameters of the film scraper), and makes the materials in front of the film scraper form a bow wave.
