Linseed oil process
The total content of crude protein, fat and total sugar in flaxseed was 84.07%. Flaxseed protein is a kind of plant protein with high nutritional value, which has a complete variety of amino acids, and the content of essential amino acids is as high as 5.16%.
In linseed oil α- The content of linolenic acid is 53%, α- Linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid for human body, which can be converted into eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in human body. They are effective active ingredients in fish oil.
