For the two-phase separation of aromatic medicine gas condensate, the separation of organic solvent and water in the hydrocondensation gas condensate in rubber production is also an efficient and low energy consumption treatment method. The new intelligent adaptive oriented parallel phase separation equipment has three innovations:
1、 In structure, multi-layer oblique corrugated composite coalescing plates are used to increase the oil drop removal efficiency.
2、 After oil-water coalescence and stratification, an intelligent diaphragm control system with independent innovation is adopted. The system can automatically adjust according to the up and down floating of oil-water interface to ensure the optimal separation efficiency of water and oil.
3、 With nanotechnology, strong hydrophobic and hydrophilic effects are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the coalescing board material through physical or chemical modification and cross linking of the composite layer. Reasonably arrange the coalescing plates to greatly enhance the separation effect.
