Preparation before installation
(1) The testing machine shall be installed in a clean, dry room without vibration and the room temperature can be controlled at (10~35) ℃. The room shall have enough space to ensure that there is more than 70cm space around the testing machine for testing and daily maintenance.
(2) Dig a pit down from the installation position of the testing machine, the size of which is more than 50cm longer and wider than the base of the testing machine, and the depth of which is not less than 30cm.
(3) Pour concrete with strength grade not less than C20 in the pit, and leave holes for anchoring anchor screws and pipes for installing circuits and sensors when pouring concrete. The plane of concrete foundation shall be leveled horizontally.
(4) The testing machine is connected to three-phase four wire power supply, which shall be equipped with air switch and leakage protection device. The distance between the wire and the ground shall be more than 150 cm, and a manual switch shall be installed on the wire to control the power supply of the testing machine.
