The power supply voltage of the testing machine is three-phase 380V, and the electrical connection between the main body and the hydraulic control box is plug connection. Before power on, open the iron door of the hydraulic control box, check whether all wires fall off, whether the fuse is loose, and clean the dust and debris in the electrical box. After confirming that the equipment has been connected to the power supply line, press the "Power" button on the console panel of the hydraulic control box, and the indicator will light up to show that the information retrieval has been started. Turn on the oil pump and check whether the running direction of the oil pump is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is contrary, change any two connected positions, then click the lifting button of the jaw seat, take out the wooden block on the platform, unscrew the oil delivery valve to lift the piston, and check whether the piston travel limit switch works by referring to the ruler on the main column.
